Alexis + Vincents’ Intimate Wedding
If you’re looking for an moody punk rock elopement that’s out of the box and wickedly awesome, I’ve got the inspiration for you. I know I’ve said it before but intimate doesn’t mean lack of love, and certainly not lack of fun.
Alexis and Vincent always were okay with a little chill and nontraditional. It’s fitting of who they are as a couple. You can feel their hearts just by being around them; the way they crack jokes and roast each other is a special kind of love language. Even their small wedding party invited me in as Alexis put finishing touches on her wedding dress. It’s easy to feel like family here.
Each detail was thought out, from matching Vans shoes to Alexis’ leather jacket, to the ring box made by a friend. We ran around in the rain, cheered on by everyone, laughing as usual.
I met Alexis and Vincent initially through a model call (we set some shit on fire) so when they reached out to me to capture their day, I was stoked. So we did the damn thing on a chilly January afternoon. In spite of the rain, we ran around in the street overlooking our city, cheered on by everyone, laughing as usual.
Finally, surrounded by their closest friends and family (and their cat) Vincent + Alexis came together as husband and wife, therefore proving that small and radical can go hand in hand.
This wedding was also featured on Badass Brides! Check it out!
